96 million…that’s how many shade balls sit on the surface of the Los Angeles reservoir in Sylmar. I recently visited the Los Angeles Aqueduct Filtration Plant. And it was great! After seeing the water cascading down the hill into the San Fernando Valley, it’s a great reminder that it’s not that simple. It takes a lot more work, money, time to make that water ready for us.
